Weigh in on (or get way into) the
Plan for the Future of Woodbury Village!

Please join us for the second workshop of the Woodbury Community Planning Process

When: Tuesday July 28 at 6:30 p.m.

Where: Woodbury Town Hall

What: The Town of Woodbury, with funding from the Woodbury Foundation is continuing the process to create a plan for the future of the village, including the facility needs for the Woodbury Volunteer Fire Department. This community effort is covering a lot of ground. For this second workshop LandWorks will present preliminary findings and recommendations for: Village Planning & Design, the future location of the Fire Station, Streetscape Design & Infrastructure Planning, and ideas for the marketing and development of the Town’s historic village center.

Why: We want to share with you the results of our first workshop and to hear your responses and reactions to the designs, proposals and ideas we are developing as part of the overall plan. Please come share your point of view, inform the planning and design process and help direct the future course for Woodbury Village.

6:30PM: Welcome and Introductions (Guy Rouelle)

6:45PM: Preliminary Proposals, Designs and Ideas for Village Planning, Design and Development. Presentation by LandWorks (David Raphael)

7:30 PM: Small Group Discussions
The participants will meet in small groups to discuss and select preferred elements, designs and ideas to be further developed as part of the overall planning effort. (each of the three groups to be facilitated by a village committee member)

8:15 PM: Evening Wrap-up, Project Timeline, Next Steps
