Throughout Vermont's brewing history, Burlington has been at the center. From being home to the only brewery in the state operating through state prohibition to helping relaunch the current brewing renaissance, Burlington has seen the rise, fall, and resurrection of the state's brewing industry. Join Preservation Burlington at Switchback Brewing Company for an evening with historian Adam Krakowski, author of Vermont Beer: History of a Brewing Revolution, as he talks about Burlington's revolutionary brewing past. Tickets for the talk include a pint of Switchback (your choice!) and Cabot cheddar samples! Proceeds benefit Preservation Burlington, a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to preserving and protecting the historic architecture and livability of Burlington through education and advocacy. Sponsored by Switchback Brewing Company and Cabot.
