6th Annual Chocolate/Cheese Fest

Chocolate! Cheese! Silent Auction! Live Music! The hugely popular Chocolate/Cheese Fest is back and area gourmands will not want to miss out sampling local cheese and chocolate from over 30 participating artisans and restaurants. Come rain or shine, the event is scheduled for Monday, August 3rd from 5-8pm at The Landgrove Inn, Landgrove, Vermont. The Fest benefits Neighborhood Connections and is the organization’s largest fundraiser.

This year, participating restaurants and vendors are Baba A Louis, Bistro Henry, Blake Hill Preserves, Blue Valley Gourmet, Bryant House, Cellars at Jasper Hill, Dove Chocolate Discoveries, Grafton Cheese, Grandma Miller's, Gringo Jack's, Inn at Weston, Inn Victoria, Jake's, Jersey Girls, J.J. Hapgood Store, Landgrove Inn, MacLaomainns, New American Grill, New England Hot Fudge Company, Taylor Farm, Stone Hearth Inn, Uniak's Gourmet Fruit Cakes, Vermont Country Store, Vermont Quince Company, Vermont Shepherd Cheese, Windham Community Organization, Windham Hill Inn, Winhall Market and Woodcock Farm Cheese.

While sampling the food offerings, attendees can place their bids on several fabulous items in the silent auction, enjoy live music or sip a beverage from the cash bar.

Adult tickets can be purchased ahead of time for $15 or can be bought on the day of the event for $20. Children tickets (6-12) are $10. There is no charge for children under 6. Tickets are available from Londonderry’s Green Mountain Pharmacy, Neighborhood Connections and The Landgrove Inn.

Neighborhood Connections is a community-based non-profit social services agency serving individuals and families in the area mountain towns of south-central Vermont. With particular emphasis on those most vulnerable, we respond to community-identified needs with a range of social services and health-related programs, working closely with public and private resources at federal, state and local levels.
