Meals-On-Wheels Delivery Volunteers Needed

If you have a reliable auto, a friendly smile, and are looking for a volunteer opportunity where you can make a significant difference in the lives of your elderly and disabled friends and neighbors, please give C.I.D.E.R. a call at 372-6425.

We need volunteers to deliver “Meals-On-Wheels” to individuals living in Grand Isle and South Hero one day per week (as we are splitting this particular route into two). Meals are prepared at the South Hero Congregational Church and pick-up and delivery should take about 1 ½ hrs. We are also looking for individuals willing to serve occasionally as “substitute” call-in drivers (including our Alburgh-Isle La Motte route). All volunteers must pass a simple background check.
