Property Location: 76 North Road in the Rural Residential 2 Zoning District.

4. Kathleen Couture: Conditional Use for Expansion to a Non-complying Structure in a Stream Setback Area - The applicant is proposing to build a deck onto her existing house. Property Location: 2538 Lincoln Hill Road in the Rural Residential 2 Zoning District.

6. John & Laura Lomas - Sketch Plan for 2-lot Subdivision - The applicants are proposing to subdivide their 21.6 acre parcel located near the corner of Shelburne Falls Road and Weed Road. The proposal includes creating an 18.6 acre lot with the existing house and 3 acre building lot. Property Location: 2778 Shelburne Falls Road in the Agricultural Zoning District
