Past event
Jul 24, 2015, 10 AM to 2 PM

The Digital Public Library of America (DPLA) will be visiting the Kellogg - Hubbard Library on Friday, July 24th from 10:00 – 2:00. The DPLA allows users to search the digital collections of libraries, historical societies, museums, universities, and other cultural institutions from across the United States. They currently have over ten million items in their digital collection and are growing every day.

On the 24th the DPLA will be asking members of the public to test some new features on their website. If you would like to volunteer to do this please contact the Kellogg - Hubbard Library (223-3338). It will only take 15-20 minutes of your time and you will be compensated with chocolates from the Cocoa Bean. You may also simply stop into the library that day and volunteer without an appointment.
