The Northfield Ambulance is looking for your assistance to help our community. Each year in our community, over 600 families receive aid from the members of the Northfield Ambulance Service. Our local volunteers provide 24 hour Emergency Medical Service and Technical Aid to you and your neighbors.

The Northfield Ambulance Service is currently conducting a membership drive. Your volunteer time and talents are needed today so that we may continue to provide emergency medical care to the communities of Northfield, Roxbury, Berlin & Moretown.

Opportunities include training in...

Emergency Vehicle Operations, Emergency Medical Responder, Emergency Medical Technician, Advanced Emergency Medical Technician, Hazardous Terrain Rescue Technician, Motor Vehicle Rescue Technician, and our Youth Exploring Program.

The Northfield Ambulance Service will provide you with all the basic training including CPR, Emergency Medicine, Motor Vehicle Rescue, Water Rescue, and Defensive Driving. You get all of this training and much more at NO CHARGE to ambulance department members.

We will be hosting an in-house “Emergency Medical Responder” course this fall into winter. This course is approximately 75 hours of training, is a nationally certified course, and will be held on Thursday nights 18:00 to 21:00, beginning October 3rd.
