Good Morning!

Please join us this Saturday, July 18, from 10 - 11:30 am for a meeting for anyone in the community wanting to be involved with the upcoming Newport Vermont Jazz Festival - August 7, 8 & 9. The meeting will be held in the Conference Room upstairs from Newport Natural on Main Street, Newport. Thanks to Rick Woodward for the use of this room for our meeting!

We are looking for help with the following:

Staffing the "Green Room" - offering refreshments for the musicians
Selling Tickets for the Evening Perfomances in the Gateway Center
Assisting the Stage Managers
Ambassadors - directing people, answering questions, helping out of town tourists
Musical Equipment movers - helping to speed up the transition time between bands
Utiliizing Your Special Skills!
