Visit a 12 acre Old Growth Forest with Aaron Marcus, Seasonal Botanist for the Green Mountain National Forest.
From Route 125, take Texas Falls Road north about 0.4 mile to parking area and pedestrian bridge for the falls. Meet at this parking area for Texas Falls, on Texas Falls Rd.
In addition addition to following a trail, we will be walking about 1/4 mile off-trail. The walk will be at a very slow pace, but terrain will be uneven and on a slope. Sturdy walking shoes and long pants are recommended.
