The annual Stowe Street Emporium sidewalk sale is expanding! It begins this week and several neighboring Waterbury businesses will be participating this year! The sale starts this Thursday the 16th and goes through Sunday the 19th! Stowe Street Emporium, Ruelle Boutique, Axel's Frame Shop and Gallery, Bridgeside Books, and Sunflower Salon will all be participating, so it's bound to be a great few days of shopping!
