The Swanton Enhancement Project (SEP)* and the Task Force to Reduce Substance Abuse invite
you to attend one of the most important community gatherings of the year on JULY 15TH,
6:30 P.M. – 8:00 pm AT THE VILLAGE COMPLEX IN SWANTON.

Project Vision was formed in Rutland several years ago to transform that city into “one of
the healthiest, safest and happiest communities in America.” With cooperation from over
100 agencies and organizations in Rutland, all have worked together to address substance
abuse, reduce crime and build great neighborhoods.

Join your friends, neighbors and colleagues from Swanton, St. Albans and Franklin
County to learn and ask questions about this remarkable effort and how our Franklin
County communities could benefit.
