Join attorneys, mental health professionals, financial planners, real estate professionals, and other community members who are interested in spreading "divorce with dignity" in Vermont. Collaborative law is a multidisciplinary approach to dispute resolution based on the principles of fairness, respect, integrity, honesty, and compassion. Our local practice groups are networks of specially trained professionals committed to assisting clients to achieve mutually-satisfying divorce settlements by providing both parties will a high degree of control over the process and without the financial costs of court intervention. We also seek to promote emotional and financial well-being for our clients.
