We'll be doing a free kite making class for kids Saturday, July 18 from 1-4 PM at The 99 Gallery and Center on School Street across from the Family Dollar in Newport. There'll be snacks and a story too. Weather permitting (supposed to be nice) we'll fly our kites down by the boardwalk. Not suggesting an age for this---you know your kids. Parents can help but kids need long enough attention span to complete project. Materials provided. 323-7759. Please RSVP so we can be sure to have enough materials for everyone.
