Hello summer reading fans!
This Wednesday at Holley Hall in Bristol, the Starksboro Public Library presents talented storyteller and musician Michael Caduto in a performance of "Heroes and Tricksters, Wisdom and Wile" at 2pm. Free lunch for all children at 1pm. Using a range of dynamic voices and expressions, Caduto creates a host of humorous and dramatic characters, animal and human. These will be stories and songs of great deeds and good intentions gone awry.
This program is a collaboration between Lawrence Memorial Library, Lincoln Library, New Haven Community Library and the Starksboro Public Library.
Michael is well known as co-author of the national best-selling Keepers of the Earth® series and Native American Gardening: Stories, Projects and Recipes for Families. His Earth Tales from Around the World received the Aesop Prize for literary and artistic excellence from the American Folklore Society. Michael has traveled throughout North America, Europe and the Middle East performing stories and music for audiences of all ages.
See you in Bristol, Wednesday at 2pm!
