Lewis Franco & the Missing Cats with Lewis Franco, Dono Schabner, Clyde Stats, Will Patton are not to be missed on July 14 from 6 to 8:30 PM on the Legion Field in Johnson. The group play mostly original swing music including jive swing, gypsy swing, Latin swing, western swing. You name it, they swing it. The Brown Eyed Girls, Halle Toulis & Louisa Franco bring 3-part vocal harmonies to the performance.
Just bring a blanket or chair. Summer showers may dampen the enthusiasm for a few minutes; but it is only lightning and thunder that cancels the event. Tuesday Night Live is free thanks to the financial support of local businesses. The Johnson Historical Society and local vendors provide treats for your dining pleasure. Rain or shine, it will be an evening to swing.
