Winooski Parks Planning Event & Pool Party July 18

Past event
Jul 18, 2015

Have ideas about how the Winooski community can better take advantage of the City’s parks and natural areas?

Got suggestions about what play equipment/structures the City’s playgrounds need most?

Wanna talk trails with members of the City’s summer Trail Crew?

Curious to hear a proposal for a mountain biking pump track in Winooski?

If the answer to any of these questions is “yes,” we’d like your feedback on July 18th. Please consider attending our upcoming community event to participate in planning the future of Winooski’s parks!

The City’s Community Services Department will be holding a Parks Planning Session at Landry Park from 10AM until noon on Saturday, July 18. This will be a drop-in style event that is open to all community members and is intended to be informal and family-friendly. A Pool Party & Barbecue will follow from noon until 1pm. Admission to Myers Pool will be FREE and the Snack Bar staff will be serving FREE food and drinks.

Rain location for the Parks Planning Session is the Winooski Senior Center (the Pool Party will be postponed until a future date in the event of inclement weather).
