I am very excited to lead this workshop which supports participants in learning and exploring some key aspects of nonviolent action. Saturday's schedule also allows attendees to discover, rediscover and/or share examples of youth-lead actions in peace and justice work in this country and around the world. Young people have always been an integral part of social justice movements and continue to be. Nonviolent action is such an important part of our history and current reality and it will be great to dive into it as a group and see if there are ways we can make change in this community and beyond using some of these strategies. It is best suited for youth and young adults. Register online (pjcvt.org) or e-mail me at kyle@pjcvt.org to find out more.
