Nature enthusiasts, here is your chance: UVM zoologist Dr. C. William Kilpatrick will be giving a presentation on the Flying Squirrels of Salisbury and other Regions of the World on Wednesday, July 15th at 7 PM at the Salisbury Congregational Church. The presentation is free and open to the public.

Vermont has two species of flying squirrel. They are quite common in our area, but not often seen since they are nocturnal. Dr. Kilpatrick has studied mammals here in Vermont and in many other countries. He will show slides and discuss our local species as well as some of those from other regions of the world.
