The Alexander Technique can help undo the habits of a life time that are interfering with your abilities and often at the root of chronic issues of pain and discomfort.

In this small group setting, we will explore simple activities and identify how you sit, stand, bend and walk so that you can begin to move more naturally and become free of pain.

You will receive hands-on instruction to help you release patterns of tension in your body as you perform simple, everyday activities. Bringing you more awareness, more confidence and greater ease in any activity at work or at play.

Issues related to back, shoulder and neck pain, RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) recovery and prevention, and self care practices will be included.
