Join clinical herbalist Anna Blackwell in learning how to use herbs to address minor first aid situations.

We will learn which herbs have the ability to stop bleeding, help prevent infection, and calm the nervous system in a stressful situation.

Our day will include a walk in the woods identifying edible and medicinal herbs, a discussion on how to use these herbs, ending the day with creating a first aid specific plant remedy.
