"Are You Ready to Run for Office?" Training

Are you considering running for office? Then we want YOU!

On Sunday, July 12th, from 12pm-2:30pm, we will be holding a training called "Are you Ready to Run for Office?"

The training will include an overview of a legislative campaign timeline, training in productive voter outreach, campaign roles, an overview on raising money, and a Q&A with former candidates. It's a great opportunity for people who are considering running for office to find out what they can expect.

It's also a great first training for anyone who'd like to know how they can support grassroots campaigns (because let's face it-- the only way good, grassroots candidates get elected is when a lot of people pitch in!)

The Vermont Progressive Party has always believed that workers should be at the forefront of the policy decisions that affect us (and that's true from local/municipal elections all the way up to statewide races)-- that's why it's critical for regular people like us run for office. That's why our Party exists.

**You can RSVP for the training via Facebook, but please also send us a direct message with your email address (We will send out training materials and an email reminder at the end of the week).
