Only one month away from opening day for the Newport Vermont Jazz Festival! We're holding an Organizational Meeting for any community members wanting to join our team of Volunteers. We're seeking Volunteers and Sponsors; please visit our website: NewportVtMusic.com for the Sponsorship Opportunities.
Please join us on Saturday, July 18th, from 10 - 11:30am in the Conference Room on the second floor above Newport Natural (194 Main St, Newport). We'll need Volunteers to greet visitors, help the musicians with their equipment, keep the Hospitality Room stocked with refreshments for the performers, and to assist the Stage Managers. Our Back-to-Back Band schedule necessitates a well-organized team of volunteers to keep the changeovers from one band to the next as quick and smooth as possible.

We'll also have a Pre-Festival planning meeting on Sunday, August 2nd, at 5 at 425 Pleasant Street, Newport. Hope you can join us for one or both meetings and at the Newport Vermont Jazz Festival!
