Hi neighbors,

If you're curious about becoming a Winooski Firefighter, or if you'd just like to learn more about what we do to keep you and your loved ones safe, we invite you to join us on July 22nd at 7pm, here at your community firehouse on Main street. We'll be answering questions, showing off our vehicles, tools, and equipment, and performing a live drill to demonstrate our skills and training. We will also be taking applications!

Like 70% of the firefighters in this country, every Winooski firefighter is a volunteer. We gladly give our time and energy to help keep this city a safe place to live and work, and we need your help! All across America, volunteer fire departments are seeing a decline in new recruits, and Winooski is no different. We need dedicated men and women who are ready to be a part of something great, and make a positive impact on their community.

It's time to step up and answer the call, Winooski! We'll see you at the fire station on July 22nd at 7:00pm.
