The Friends of the Brandon Town Hall are pleased to present a concert by the very talented students from the Advanced Chamber Music Program on Wednesday, July 8 at 7:30 pm. Located on the shores of Lake Dunmore in Vermont, Point CounterPoint combines a serious chamber music program with a traditional camp experience. The music program includes chamber music coachings, private lessons, performances, master classes, music theory, and music history. They also offer some holistic classes such as Alexander Technique and Yoga to encourage students to think about ways to perform with more ease and comfort. Students ranging from age 11 - 18 come to Point CounterPoint from all over the country. Students will be performing Beethoven String Quartet Opus 18, no. 1, Beethoven Piano Trio Opus 11, and Schubert "Rosamunde" String Quartet No. 13.  This late addition to our event schedule is a benefit for the Town Hall and is a Free Will Donation event sponsored by FOTH and Point Counterpoint.
