Thinking of going solar but not sure how to begin? Wondering how much a solar array costs and whether you should purchase, finance, or lease? Interested in community solar arrays that let you benefit from solar on someone else’s land. Want to hear about ways to pay no money down and benefit from solar immediately?

Get all your questions answered at the 3rd LEAP Summer Solar Fest, Tuesday, July 21 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the Crossett Brook Middle School cafeteria in Duxbury.

This fun, free event includes entertainment by local musician Colin McCaffrey, free pizza and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream for the whole family, and the opportunity to meet various local solar installers, as well as some of your neighbors who’ve already switched to solar.

By taking advantage of state and federal tax incentives, you can save thousands of dollars over the life of a solar system. And if your house is not right for solar you can now invest in a community solar array. You can also profit from new technology that lets you save money by heating and cooling your home with solar power.

Brought to you by the volunteers of Waterbury LEAP. For more information call Duncan at 477-2968. No RSVP required. See you at the 3rd LEAP Summer Solar Fest, Tuesday, July 21 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the Crossett Brook Middle School cafeteria in Duxbury on Route 100.
