The library is almost ready for our annual HUGE Book Sale, which will take place on July 11 and 12. The sale runs from 10-4 on Saturday, July 11, and we will hold a half price sale on Sunday, July 12. There are more books than ever before- new fiction, mysteries, gardening, nature books, how-to, history, Vermont history, children's books, biographies, foreign languages, antiquarian, audio books, movies, and more.
There is a sign up sheet at the library for volunteers to help with the sale. We would appreciate help moving books up Friday night, with sales Saturday and Sunday, and with cleanup on Sunday night. Stop by the library or send an email to sign up.
Finally, it is a long shot, but I wonder if anyone has a large tent (20' x 40') that we could borrow for the sale? We are planning for fine weather, but a tent would be a nice back up plan.
