School is out for summer and the Barre City Pool staff is ready for a kick off to summer event! Come on down Friday July 3, 2015 from 12:00 noon - 5:00 p.m. for a swim with special events slated from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. "Slap" on some sunscreen and come hit the deck for the 3rd annual family celebration at the Barre City pool. A special rate of $2.00 for residents and $3.00 for nonresidents will be charged for the swim. Included is a delicious hamburg and hot dog BBQ and other summer picnic fun items. A very warm thank you to all the businesses who supported our day with donations of gift certificates and other prizes. Games will be played out of the water with lots of fun for everyone. No need to leave Barre City for a fun family event! Come join us at the pool! While you are there why not enjoy our Rotary Park where we have a large playground, skate park, tennis courts, basketball courts, green space and more.
