Project Vision visits Swanton and Franklin County.
The Swanton Enhancement Project (SEP) and its task force on Substance Abuse invite you to attend one of the most important community gatherings of the year on July 15 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Village Complex in Swanton.
Project Vision was formed in Rutland to transform that city into "one of the healthiest, safest and happiest comunities in America." With the cooperation from over 100 agencies, all worked together to address substance abuse, reduce crime and build great neighborhoods in Rutland.
Join your friends, neighbors and colleagues from Swanton, St. Albans and Franklin County to learn and ask questions about this remarkable effort and how our Franklin County communities could benefit.
