Stone River Screening (& City Directories in Need of a Home)

This Sunday, Aldrich Public Library is proud to host two screenings of Stone River, Giovanni Donfrancesco's film documenting the lives of Italian stoneworkers and featuring the voices and stories of Barre's past and present. Screenings are at 1 and 3. All are welcome! Call 476-7550 for more details.

The library also has a large number of extra city directories dating back to around 1940 through the present. These are a fascinating historical resource, but we don't need any more duplicates for our collection. Would you like some or all of them for your own collection? Make us an offer!
