Dharma Talk on the Four Noble Truths

Past event
Jun 28, 2015, 10:30 AM to 12 PM

This Sunday, June 28 from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM, the Burlington Shambhala Center is offering a dharma talk on the Four Noble Truths. These are the first teachings of the Buddha which are the foundation of Buddhism: this worldly existence is unsatisfactory, but there is a path to liberation from repeated worldly existence. The talk will be given by one of my favorite meditation teachers, Daniel Brown. This is the first in a Summer Dharma Talk Series, on the last Sunday of each month. All are welcome! A donation of what you can afford will be appreciated. You can sign up ahead of time or just show up. The Burlington Shambhala Center is located at 187 South Winooski Ave, Burlington. Contact Elizabeth at ekanard@gmail.com with questions or call (802) 658-6795. Learn more online: http://burlington.shambhala.org/program-details/?id=227957
