The Poultney Public Library Book Sale will be held on Friday, July 3 from 8am to 4pm. There are some changes to the book sale this year, so please take note: Due to construction preparations, our books were stored off site this year at the Brass Butterfly. As we have such a large number of books for our sale this year, and they are not stored at the library, we will be holding our sale in the parking lot in front of the Brass Butterfly. It is located behind the Original Vermont Store on Main St., right next to the Rail Trail.

There will be signs in front of the library and the Brass Butterfly (just a couple doors down the road) on Book Sale day to help shoppers find us! Also, after keeping the same pricing for more than 25 years, we have had to change our prices slightly for the 2015 Book Sale. Mass Market Paperbacks will now be 25¢ each. Hardcover books and Trade Paperbacks will be 50¢ each. DVDs and Audio Books are still $1 each, and VHS tapes have been reduced to 25¢ each. We will still have a selection of rare, collectible, new, and unique books that are individually priced.
