The Salisbury Historical Society will host a round table discussion on the changes in local VT agriculture in the last 60 years. The participants will be Ted Foster of Foster Farms, Lucien Paquette who started and was executive director of the Addison County Field Days and was an extension agent for UVM department of agriculture, and Lucien and Moses Desabrais, operators of a family farm in Salisbury for 40 years.
