On Saturday, June 27th from 5-7pm there will be an opening party for a textile show that will be on view through August 7th. Come for the array of weavings, hooked rugs, tapestries, pillows and more and stay for the local food and live folk music courtesy of Pipe & Slippers. Featuring a retrospective of the work of famed weaver Virginia West who taught and lectured throughout the world and authored several books on hand-weaving techniques. Also featuring textile works by our talented and lovely VT artists Judy Dales, Betsy Day, Nancy Buckley, Lydia Corrow, Sandy Ducharme, Roberta Foster, Dennis & Candice Glassford, Carolyn Enz Hack, Carol MacDonald, David W. Powell, Amanda Weisenfeld and more.
