The potatoes are ready for harvest at the Transition Town Charlotte garden at the Charlotte Library and we need your help. We'll harvest them, take some home to prepare for the 2nd annual "Spud Fest" in October (date and place to be announced), and give some to the food shelf. We'll also see if there are tomatoes ready for harvesting and possible some green beans. Bring shovels and potato forks, your good energy, and creative potato recipe ideas!

While there, we'll grab a few folks to help remove the bayberry bushes. We could easily be done in an hour. Questions? Call me at 425-3377 or 922-2259.
