Capstone Community Action's Community Kitchen Academy, a partner of the Vermont Foodbank, will be hosting a fundraising party for the Kitchen Academy on Thursday June 25th from 1-4 p.m at Grow Compost on Rt 2 right outside Middlesex Village in Moretown. The Community Kitchen Academy is located at Capstone in Barre and prepares meals for the foodshelf and trains people for jobs in food service. The food that comes out of the kitchen is amazing and I urge you to come to the farm, check it out and eat a fabulous meal! RSVP required to Capstone at 477-5121, $20/person. The menu is below:
