Ticks & Lyme Disease: a Guide for Preventing Lyme Disease

On Monday, June 29 beginning at 6:30, the Windham County Chapter of UVM Extension Master Gardeners will host an educational program " Ticks & Lyme Disease: A Guide for Preventing Lyme Disease". The Vermont Department of Health – Brattleboro District office nurses, Megan Lynde and Cindy Twombly, will present this Lyme Disease prevention program. They will cover Lyme disease: cause, symptoms and most importantly, ways to protect against ticks and prevent Lyme Disease. Education is really the best prevention. Please join us. This presentation will be held in Room 2E at the Marlboro graduate center, at 28 Vernon Street in Brattleboro, and is free and open to the public.
