At this BBQ potluck Slow Food Vermont is teaming up with Humaneitarian to offer a free, tasty celebration of meat from heritage breed animals – historic breeds that grow slower and are usually more flavorful than their industrial counterparts.
Chef Luke Stone of The Hindquarter will be on hand to grill raw cuts of meat that YOU bring to this potluck-style dinner! Slow Food will provide everyone who RSVP’s with a list of heritage breed farmers in northern Vermont and where you can buy their products. Farmers will also be there to talk about their animals.
