UNIVERSAL RECYCLING LAW WORKSHOP: In 2012, the Vermont State Legislature passed Act 148, known as The Universal Recycling Law. This law goes into effect on July 1st of this year. If you are wondering: HOW ARE WE GOING TO DO THIS??? Then this event is for you!
