The next Community Dinner at the United Church of Underhill (on the green in Underhill Flats) is Thursday, June 11 from 5-7 PM. It will be a Cowboy Dinner, meaning the food will be cooked from old recipes in cast iron Dutch ovens over charcoal. The meal will consist of lasagna, stew, mac and cheese and other choices. It will include vegetarian and gluten free options. Dessert will be a rhubarb cake. Please come and enjoy this good food and spend some time with neighbors and friends.
