WOODCHUCKS' REVENGE

Woodchucks' Revenge will be performing at the Brandon Town Hall on Saturday, June 13 starting at 7:30 pm. Formed in front of the fire on a winter's night in 1990, Woodchucks' Revenge brings together as a performing group four friends who have combined their lifelong love of music to offer their audiences an eclectic and refreshing mix of traditional and contemporary folk songs played with spirit and an old time country sensibility. The Woodchucks' repertoire, which has been described as encyclopedic, ranges from New England fiddle tunes to modern cowboy songs, from Irish Ballads to 60's folk, blues and bluegrass. Songs about Vermont, mountains, and life in New England are staple of the group's performances, along with a healthy dose of humor and small but growing number of originals. The group includes Peter on guitar and infrequently bass, Kristina plays fiddle and bass. Sandy plays guitar, mandolin and banjo; Mike play banjo, tenor and six-string guitar, bouzouki, ukulele and bohdran. All four members of the group sing leads and harmonies. TOM JOYCE'S ALL NEW MAGICAL COMEDY SHOW

Back by popular demand, Tom Joyce presents his all new Magical Comedy Show for 2015 at the Brandon Town Hall on Sunday, June 14 at 1:00 pm. Get ready to be amazed as Tom Joyce entertains children of all ages with his whimsical, magical, comedy show. This new one hour show of magic focuses on funny adventures for family audiences playing mostly to children 5-12 years old. Tom's incredible connection with his audience will make for a great afternoon of fun and adventure for the entire family. Tom has performed all over Vermont, primarily at libraries reading programs, First Night in Rutland, Friday Night Live, schools, fairs, etc. This benefit for the Town Hall is a great show for the entire family.
