There will be an old fashioned strawberry social at Pomykala Farm (197 East Shore North in Grand Isle) on Sunday, June 28 from 1 to 4 pm, rain or shine. Enjoy strawberry shortcakes, smoothies, ice cream, and chocolate covered strawberries. All by donation to benefit Grand Isle Rescue, serving the towns of Grand Isle and North Hero. To get to Pomykala Farm, turn onto Faywood Road by the rescue station and follow the signs.
