If you have ever wondered how the professional chefs can cut through vegetables, herbs and chickens as fast as they do or want to increase your confidence in the kitchen, then this is the class for you! Join Chef Lisa Fennimore, a culinary instructor at Stafford Technical Center, for a hands on, one hour training on basic knife skills.
Learn about proper use and technique, cutting vegetables and herbs with ease, and then watch Chef Lisa demonstrate how to break down a whole chicken. Refreshments are included along with great take away resources so you can practice at home.
The class is $10 per person, under 16 years of age are free with a paying adult. We have scholarships available too!
