The Destiny Africa Children’s Choir from the Kampala Children's Center in Uganda will be performing once again under the big tent at the Church of the Crucified One on Thursday, June 25th from 7 - 9 PM. This multi-talented children's choir has been touring in the UK, Belgium and the US for the past five years and deliver an amazing heartfelt experience of joy and hope! They have performed for Heads of State, Ambassadors and African Kings from around the world at the Uganda Jubilee, a celebration of 50 years of independence. In the US, they’ve performed at the Greater Hartford Festival of Jazz, The Boston & Brooklyn African Festivals, The Newport Yachting Center, and performed with four time Grammy Award Winners—Third Day! This coming Tuesday, June 9th, they will be singing the National Anthem at Yankee Stadium at 7 PM!
