Join Preservation Burlington for its 2015 Homes Tour. This year's tour showcases a collection of homes on the north end of the Queen City, including Englesby House - the recently renovated home of the UVM president, the oldest functioning synagogue in Burlington, and artist Clark Russell's apartment/studio featuring his aesthetically charged paintings and sculptures. The tour, which consists of six historic properties, finely decorated interiors, and inspiring landscapes and gardens, is self-guided with the help of numerous volunteers from the community. Light refreshments provided by Vermont Kosher will be served at the Ahavath Gerim Synagogue at 168 Archibald Street. The Homes Tour is Preservation Burlington’s largest fundraising event. Proceeds from the tour support the organization’s advocacy and educational programs. For more information go to Flynntix.org or info@preservationburlington.org.
