Our northern forests are a rich storehouse of food, medicinal, aesthetic, and spiritual resources. Interest in these resources, known as non-timber forest products (NTFPs) has grown as our localvore movement has grown. Join Susan Moegenburg, author and UVM adjunct professor on a walk through the woods as you search for and learn about non-timber forest products. You will be able to sample what you find.
