Special notes from the Selectboard:
* The Selectboard is meeting solely for the purpose of conducting a working session for Selectboard strategic planning and work prioritization.
* In accordance with Vermont’s Open Meeting Laws, this meeting is open to the public. However the Selectboard would like to note that they will not be entertaining public comment or input during this working session.

1pm – Call to Order
* Planning Session Introduction: Agenda Review; Purpose, Process, Products/Outcomes; Overview of Selectboard Roles & Responsibilities
* Kick-off Exercise (Reflection)
* FY 14-15 In Review: Core Work—Ongoing Statutory/Mandatory Items; Completed Special Projects
* FY 15-16 Overview: Work in Process; Items Not Yet Tackled; New Items (Town Meeting, Newly Identified, etc.)
* Breakout Sessions: Top 10 Priorities & Rationale
* FY 15-16 Work Plan: Agreement on Selectboard Top 10 Priorities; Sign-up for Special Projects & Sub-Committees
* Next Steps: Moving Forward on the Work Plan; Outstanding Items/Ideas: Review list identified for future follow-up
* Wrap-up (Reflection)
