Yoga for Journaling

Empty your mind, fill your heart – on paper. Expressive Writing is meditation with a pen. Learn to write intuitively through free-flowing, expressive writing. Writing quickly and “mindlessly” without self-censorship, editing, or concern for spelling or grammar allows you to access deeply innate wisdom and creativity. In this hands-on class you will learn journaling techniques such as Dialoguing, Lists of 100, Springboards, and Clustering, providing tools for a customized writing practice which bring body-mind-soul benefits for healing and well-being.

Bring journal and pen (and lap desk if desired). Wear comfortable clothes, we’ll be sitting on the floor. Yoga mats and back supports will be available if you don’t have your own.
