Monday night, June 1, at 6:30, the Underhill Development Review Board will hold a hearing on a potential curb cut on Pleasant Valley Road, approximately across from Mountain Road, just north of Carolyn Gregson's house. If you have concerns about the hazards of this proposal, which would create a road on a steep, curving hill that would provide access to five new houses, please attend this meeting. We need to understand if and how this intersection could be made safe for cars, bikes, school buses and pedestrians -- or whether access from New Road would be a better solution.
