There is still time to join the fun and help homeless pets. Just go to www.centralvermonthumane.org and print out a pledge sheet. Collect financial donations from friends, co-workers, neighbors and relatives and come to Walk for Animals on Saturday, June 6. Registration is at 9:30am and the Walk starts at 10am. It is being held at a new location this year, Montpelier High School, and the route is only 2 miles.

Walk participants who collect the most donations will win some great prizes, too! Each walk participant who collects at least $50 in donations will get a free t-shirt. There will also be free Vermont made ice cream and Birchgrove cake for all! Pet related vendors will be at the Walk, as well, to display their products. So come one, come all and help raise funds and awareness for the needy animals of our community!
