Organizing Meeting: 6/8/15, Monday at 630pm at 10 S. Main Street

All members of the public are welcome to attend.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

• Introductions
• Elections:
o Elect chairman and secretary
• Meeting Logistics/Administration:
o Set ongoing meeting schedule
o Select ongoing location for meetings
o Discuss use of teleconferences vs. in person attendance to ensure full commissioner involvement
o Divide up responsibilities for meeting warnings
o New member orientation next steps
o Agree on best way to communicate meeting minutes and implementation plan results
• Village Designation Application
o Agree on next steps for renewing the Village Designation and assign ownership
• Mobilizing for Plan Implementation:
o Implementation Manager appointment (pending Select Board action)
o Review implementation plan and determine commissioner interest in heading sub-committee’s
o Agree on next steps
